1. Booking & deposits
A non-refundable deposit of RM500 per person (or the full amount for departures within 30 days) is required to confirm a seat on any group package. Full payment is due no later than 21 days before departure unless stated otherwise on your invoice.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a sliding scale of charges up to 100% of the trip cost, in line with our suppliers' own cancellation terms.
3. Price changes
Prices are quoted based on exchange rates, fuel surcharges and taxes at the time of booking. We reserve the right to pass on any increase in these costs prior to departure, and will notify you in writing before doing so.
4. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is included in all itineraries listed on this site unless stated otherwise. We strongly recommend reviewing your policy's coverage limits for adventure activities included in expedition itineraries.
5. Itinerary changes
Itineraries are planned well in advance and may be adjusted due to weather, local conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to substitute an experience of equal or greater value.
6. Traveller conduct
We ask all travellers to respect local customs, wildlife guidelines and the instructions of tour leaders and expedition guides, particularly on itineraries involving national parks or protected areas.
