What we collect
Name, contact details, passport information, dietary and medical notes relevant to travel, and payment details needed to process your booking.
Why we collect it
To arrange flights, accommodation and activities on your behalf, communicate itinerary updates, and meet the documentation requirements of immigration authorities and travel partners.
Who we share it with
Airlines, hotels, ground handlers and insurers directly involved in fulfilling your booking. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for seven years to meet accounting and tax obligations under Malaysian law. You may request earlier deletion of non-essential marketing data at any time.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to, correction of, or removal of your personal data by writing to admin@monkeyjaeagency.com.
